Daevid Yoon

Rev. Daevid Yoon is a 2nd generation Christian: his parents were the first to believe Christ in their households. So he strongly believes in the beauty of the faith being passed on from generation to generation. That’s been his conviction and desire for his pastoral ministry. So after studying English literature at the University of Pennsylvania, he went on to get his Masters of Divinity at Westminster Seminary California and eventually his Doctorate of Ministry at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. And he is an ordained minister in the PCA. But all the studying in the world couldn’t prepare him for the privilege of preaching and teaching Christ crucified and resurrected to the generations at Gracepoint North Church. It’s only God’s gospel grace that has sustained and enabled him. And that privilege continues with his family: his wife Erica, son Lucas, and daughter Zoe.
